I have to vote not guilty, lack of intent is a damning blow to the case against OP. Strawberry as a substitute for pineapple is a reasonable experiment, and pineapple on pizza is tasty as fuck.

The substitution of only one ingredient does not, in my opinion, render something “not pizza”.
There are limits of course. You can’t substitute flour for saltines for example.
However, substituting one sweet fruit for another may render this pizza “fucking nasty” but it does not render it “not pizza”.

I work at a pizzeria/italian restaurant and we had a a case of kiwis delivered accidentally. We were told to keep them so we did a kiwi bacon onion pizza as a special. It was pretty good. Sold pretty well as people were curious.
